Our Classes Information

Sunrise Team

Girls and boys competitive team is for all ages and ability levels. Separate team training areas that include multiple sets of Olympic regulation equipment.

The equipment includes a spring floor, spotting belts, landing mats,and three in ground pits. We are a member of the USAG and the United States Association of Independent Gymnastics Club. We have had many state, regional, and national champions in our years.

Private Lessons

There must always be an adult present with the gymnast who is doing the private lesson.

GYMNASTS CAN NOT BE ALONE IN THE GYM WITH A COACH.

Your Understanding & Cooperation Is

Private Lessons

Privates are to be scheduled with your coach,
not the office.

$55 per hour

Fees are payable the day of the private.

$65 per hour for 2 gymnasts

Your account must be current in order to schedule a
private lesson.

$75 per hour for 3 gymnasts

Coaches are compensated by Sunrise
Gymnastics Academy

$75 per hour for 3 gymnasts

(1/2 hour and 3/4 hour privates will be prorated)
