Class Schedule and Calendar

▪ All fees are based on a four-week session, with fees
payable the first week of each session.
▪ Families registering with more than one student, or
students taking more than one class will receive a
10% discount from the lowest priced second
student or additional class fee.
▪ A late fee will be added to all accounts remaining
unpaid after the second week of each session.
▪ Fees may be paid by cash, check, or credit card.
Credit cards will be an additional 4%.
▪ There is a service fee for each returned check.
▪ Make up classes are available for any missed class.
All make up classes must be scheduled with the
office and used within 30 days, or they will be
forfeited. Students must be currently enrolled, and
tuition must be paid to schedule makeup class.
▪ SGA will not adjust monthly tuition payments for
missed classes.
▪ Your child’s spot will automatically be held until you
choose to change times or unenroll. A withdrawal
form must be signed to unenroll. You are
responsible for all tuition fees while enrolled in class.
▪ Holidays closings and breaks are all marked in red
on our SGA Yearly calendar.
▪ We do not send out statements in the mail, we
have digitalized our system and will now send them
by email. We’re paper free!
